I’m signed up for two language classes for next semester; Spanish & French. Hooray!  Khmer was my first language. Learned English through ESL and hooked on phonics (lol). I took 5 years of Spanish (HS and first year of college) so it’ll be nice to restore that into my brain. French - well it’s the second primary language in Cambodia and it’s just pure sex.

Relationships.

I’m starting to realize how lonely I am. I’ve got great friends and a wonderful family most of the time, but this July, it’s going to be about a good 3 years since I’ve had a strong romantic relationship. I miss it a lot. I really do.

I’ve just been taking it as some sort of sign that it’s not the right time or place; that I can’t look for it, I just have to wait for it. Bullshit.

I don’t even think it’s my “standards” being too high, I think it’s just me being scared. I don’t think I even know how to be in a relationship anymore (?!?)

*Sigh.

This little guy is a drum machine robot that searches for surfaces to drum on. It even samples itself to produce complex rhythms.

If the human race ever becomes enslaved by robots, I hope and pray they’re at least this cool.

Wall-E and Roomba have just become meaningless to me.  I need a Yellow Drumbot.
